Mr. Pishevar is Bar Certified in the State of Maryland, the District of Columbia, the Fourth Circuit and the United States Supreme Court. Language Skills:  Farsi.  Focus:  Trial and Appellate Litigation.

 

Peter A. Cook, Esq.,  Senior Staff Attorney, Manager of Personal Injury and Torts Litigation Section.  Mr. Cook began practicing law since 1980.  He graduated from the University of Maryland in 1962.  He was in the U.S. Army Signal Core from 1964-1968.  He Joined the Ford Motor Company as a Manger, followed by the Dean Witter Co., NYSE.  He then went to Law School at UWLA, receiving his Juris Doctorate Degree. He has been an insurance claims adjustor for both CIGNA and Fremont Indemnity Co.(from 1975-1980).  He has been in the private practice of  Personal injury law for almost 30 years.  Mr. Cook is admitted to the Bar of the State of California. Focus: Personal Injury and Torts Law. 

  

Issa G. Ziadeh, Esq., - Of Counsel - Mr. Ziadeh is an seasoned and experience Maryland Attorney with over 12 years of Litigation, Collections and Business experience.  Mr. Ziadeh is a Graduate of Widener Law School. Language Skills:  Arabic. Focus: Business and Commercial Law and Firm Management.

Cameron Niakan, Esq., Sr. Associate - Mr. Niakan is a graduate of the Clark School of Law, where he received a Juris Doctorate degree.  Prior to that Mr. Niakan was an enlisted member of the United States Army.  He served our nation in the Gulf War and received an honorable discharge prior to going to law school. Mr. Niokan is Bar Certified in the State of Maryland. Language Skills:  Farsi. 

 

Timothy J. Tinsman, Esq., of Counsel, Mr. Tinsman holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Rutgers University, a Master in Business Administration from Monmouth University and a JD from the University of Baltimore School of Law.  In addition, he holds a Lifetime Certified Purchasing Manager designation from the Institute for Supply Management.  He has over twenty years of procurement, contracting and sourcing experience in the telecom industry with such firms as Verizon, Nortel, Ericsson and Sprint Nextel.  He has been involved in the negotiation, drafting, and review of various types of standard and non-standard contracts (Master Supply Agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements, Software Licensing Agreements, Master Service Agreements, and Statements of Work).  These agreements involved the purchase of highly complex and sophisticated telecom hardware, standard and custom developed software, and professional services.   He is currently licensed in Maryland and a member of the Maryland State Bar Association.  Focus:  Litigation, Business & Technology Law. Mihai Alexei, Paralegal - Mr. Alexi is a seasoned veteran of Immigration Law. Mr. Alexi holds a Law Degree from the Prestigious George Washington University Law School With over 5 years of Business and Family  Immigration Experience, he can deftly and efficiently handle even the most complex immigration law issues.  Mr. Alexei 's experience has focused purely on Immigration Law. He is skilled in PERM / Labor Certifications / H1b / H2 / applications and transfers, Human Rights & Assylum as well as an array of Family Immigration matters. Focus: Immigration & and Naturalization.

 

Tiffany Duncan, Office Manager / Legal Assitant - Ms. Duncan is experienced in the Administrative aspects of Law Firms.  She has worked and gained valuable experience in several Law Firms. Ms. Duncan holds a Bachelors Degree from the prominent TEMPLE University where she obtained her Business Degree from the celebrated Fox School of Business.  Ms. Duncan was a Member of the decorated Temple Varsity Track Team for all 4 years.  Ms. Duncan completed the Temple / Rome Study Abroad Program in 2005.
